Before you ask
How long does a typical engagement take?
Strategy engagements run 2 to 4 weeks. Full platform builds range from 3 to 6 months depending on scope. We give you a realistic timeline in the proposal, not an optimistic one.
What does an engagement typically cost?
Depends on scope. Most projects land between $15K and $100K. We provide a specific number after the discovery call, not a range.
What happens after delivery?
For consulting engagements: full source code, documentation, and infrastructure access transfer to you. For platform products: ongoing development, hosting, and support under a retainer.
What if we only need strategy?
Strategy-only engagements typically run 2 to 4 weeks and produce a technical roadmap, architecture spec, or competitive analysis that any engineering team can execute against.
Can you embed with an existing team?
Yes. We work alongside internal teams as technical lead, systems architect, or senior IC, depending on where the gap is.
What types of problems are the best fit?
Data-intensive platforms, SaaS products, analytics systems, and anything where architecture decisions have long-term consequences. If precision matters, we're probably aligned.
