Architecture Blueprint
Fixed priceSystem design as the deliverable: data models, API contracts, infrastructure and security boundaries. A blueprint any team can execute against.
Platform Build
Phased, by milestoneThree to six months. Strategy through design, build, deployment, and monitoring. We design it and we build it.
Embedded Lead
Weekly rateWe work inside your team as technical lead, systems architect, or senior IC, for as long as the gap is there.
Retainer
MonthlyFor platforms we built and host: ongoing development, hosting, and support. Offered after launch, not on its own.

Discovery
You describe the problem. We ask the questions that shape the solution and give you an honest read on fit.
Scope
We do the real scoping as a Strategy Sprint or Architecture Blueprint. You own the deliverable either way. If you move to a build, the scoping fee credits toward it.
Build
Weekly check-ins with working demos. Every decision documented, every dependency tracked.
Handoff
Production deployment, monitoring, and complete documentation. Source and infrastructure access transfer to you. The system runs without us.
